Delivery & Returns



We will accept return of any item that has an error on our part that reflects a different design form the design you approved [please also see our policy on 'Clearance or 'Special Offer' items], but if a memorial is made to specifications according to your order, there are no refunds or returns [Please also see the above note on 'Natural Materials and Display Colours'].

If you need to return an item to Grave Products On Line, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Please contact us by phone 00353 94 9022270 or e-mail us at This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product.
  2. We will give you a returns number, this returns number will need to be attached onto the item you send back,
  3. Item must be returned within the allotted time frame. Customer has ten (10) business days from the delivery date to return the non-customized item(s) for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Solar Memorial Lights - 20% restocking fee.
  4. Where a product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product sent out without delay.
  5. Product must be in resalable condition. Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met and it will be returned to you by normal post without notice.
  6. Item was not personalized.
If the above conditions are met please do the following:
  1. Please return the item(s) to us.We recommend using registered post so a product can be tracked if necessary.
  2. Include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact phone number, Order Number and your Returns Authorisation Code
  3. Please ensure you keep a note of your Order Number.
  4. Once we receive the item we will proceed with a refund or an exchange.

Fees incurred in the return of the items will not be reimbursed unless the delivery was not fulfilled properly. The customer pays return shipping charges and package must be insured for full amount of purchase. If the return is damaged during transit back to warehouse and not insured up to full amount, customer will be responsible for difference. Not all items carry the full refund guarantee and those whose sale is final [e.g. Clearance Items] or a restocking fee is applied to returns will be duly noted on the product information page.

What if my Memorial is damaged upon delivery?

Goods can be returned if defective/damaged.
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 24 hours.

Any item damaged en route from our location to its destination can be returned and replaced as it was originally ordered. Once safely delivered in good condition and signed for, we are not responsible for any damage that may be done by the cemetery or anyone you have asked to set the memorial.

Also, we may require that a photo be sent to us showing the damage or error before we accept a return of an item. Please call us or e-mail us immediately if you encounter a problem upon delivery. Do not send item back without contacting us first. Doing this may cause delays and or additional shipping charges to you.

Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any names, dates and or messages submitted via the website for personalised products are accurate including all spellings and punctuation. Grave Products On Line accepts no responsibility for any errors in the above submitted via the website.
Including but not limited to personalized grave memorials, grave plaques, memorial candles, memorial rocks, and any other such personalized items we may carry, if work has already started there will be no returns or cancellations allowed. If work has not started on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given. If item has been damaged or made incorrectly, Grave Products On Line reserves the right to replace the defective/incorrect product with one that meets with the original order. You will be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product for internal review prior to any action being taken.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by emailing; sales@graveproductsonline.comwith your name, address and order number or by writing to our office at Spencer St., Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland, within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them please notify us by e-mail, or in writing.


To cancel your order you must notify us by emailing with your name, address and order number or by writing to us at Spencer St, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland, or simply call us on 00353 94 9022270 during our opening hours; 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

You cannot cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are personalized items.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed; orders are usually processed with in 72 hours.

Alternatively you may also cancel your order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than seven working days after you receive the goods. You must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at Grave Products On Line, Spencer St., Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland.

Note that a full refund will be provided for the original order value, however, it shall be your responsibility to pay the return costs. Alternatively, advise us of a date and time to collect the product from the order delivery address and we shall collect the goods, note that if we collect the goods we shall charge you the collection costs.

For all cancellations/ returns, we require you to obtain a proof of post from the Post Office, or similar, which if required, shall be provided to us as proof of return.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Special Offer and Clearance Items Policy

The items in the pages 'Special Offer' and 'Clearance' are goods sold as 'sale and no return'. We do not accept returns on these items.


Your order is processed by Grave Products On Line within 2 working days. If an item is out of stock or is a personalized product please add 7 extra working days. Prices of individual items do not include delivery charges. All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number. Grave Products On Line cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains ‘receipt of the goods’ confirmation from any person at that address. Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. Proof of delivery of good(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific good(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein, if you require a proof of delivery you must allow at least 3 days from the shipping date and your request for tracking . Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within two days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days of the shippment date.

Please Note

We will not ship to Postal Boxes (PO Boxes)

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship as soon as it arrives. We will despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge. We only collect payment for items as despatched.

Once an order as been shipped no amendments can be made to your order. Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after goods have been shipped. Please note Grave Product On Line cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions that delay delivery

Although you have the option of selecting your shipment method Grave Products On reserves the right to ship your order via any carrier. The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.

Grave Products On Line shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

International Shiping

Grave Products On is not responsible for any customs or broker fees. If you refuse your package for any reason other than that the package is damaged you will be responsible for all shipping cost (to you and back from you). It is the customers responsibility to check with your countries Custom Border Department.

International couriers sometimes levy a surcharge on delivery for fuel price variations and additional distance. Grave Products On Line will not be liable for this surcharge if applied and it must be paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to change Shipping Rates at any time.

Grave Products On Line cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular, or charge any duty. All delivery lead times are pending customs, if customs wish to hold a gift for inspection it can cause delay and is out of our control. Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Laser Cards.

All orders must be accompanied by payment at the time of the sale. There is no additional charge for using a credit card. Please be sure to provide correct information when asked. Incorrect information may lead to delays in processing your order. All products remain the property of Grave Products On Line until payment is received in full.

When you place an order, Grave Products On Line will never request that credit/ debit card details are to be sent via e-mail, text message, or other unsecured means. Under no circumstances should you send your credit/ debit card details via e-mail.

We shall only collect credit card details via our secure online checkout pages or verbally via telephone, if a telephone order is placed, and shall take no responsibility for the security of credit/ debit card details provided by any other means.
